Damaged or Defective Items

At LEDA, we take pride in the quality of every product. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can process your claim quickly.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all LEDA products are custom-made and produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Each product is created uniquely for you, reinforcing the “Limited Edition” nature of our designs.

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, we cannot be responsible for undelivered or returned packages. Please verify your details before submitting your order.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments returned to the facility are held for 30 days. After this period, items may be donated or recycled to reduce waste and uphold the exclusivity of our Limited Edition pieces.

Special Considerations for EU Customers

LEDA complies with EU regulations; however, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items. Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons are also excluded from withdrawal rights.
