Shipping Times
All products are made to order. This means every item is individually printed, packed, and shipped once you place your order.
Typical delivery estimates:
Fulfillment (production): 2–5 business days
Shipping within Canada: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days after fulfillment
International shipping: Varies by location
These timelines are estimates — not guarantees — because actual delivery depends on courier performance and seasonal conditions.
Holiday Season & Peak-Volume Delays
During busy periods (November–January), fulfillment and shipping may take longer due to increased volume across all carriers and print facilities.
We recommend placing orders early if you need them for a specific date.
Canada Post Strike / Courier Disruptions
Please note that postal strikes, labour disputes, courier backlogs, and service interruptions may impact delivery timelines within Canada.
If a delay occurs due to:
Canada Post strikes
Third-party courier operational disruptions (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
Weather closures
Government/customs delays
Natural disasters
Any event outside our control
…we cannot guarantee delivery dates or offer refunds for shipping delays.
We’ll always work with customers to help track orders and push couriers for updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, fulfillment location, and delivery address.
Some items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Tracking
Most orders come with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an order is returned because of:
An incorrect or incomplete address
The package was unclaimed
The customer refused delivery
…additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
We cannot refund orders where the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Stalled Shipments
If a shipment shows no movement for several days or appears lost, please contact us.
We’ll open an investigation with the courier.
If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
Delivery Not Received (But Marked as Delivered)
If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
Check with household members, neighbors, property managers, and building staff.
Check mailbox, parcel lockers, or safe-drop locations.
Contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered unless the courier confirms a delivery error.
International Customs & Duties
For customers outside Canada:
Your local customs office may charge taxes, duties, or import fees. These are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
