Terms & Conditions for Vendors

Welcome to the LEDA Vendor Marketplace! By registering as a vendor and using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the LEDA website, accessible at limitededitions.wtf.
• “Vendor” refers to the individual or business entity registered to sell products on the platform.
• “LEDA” or “We” refers to Limited Edition Designs & Apparel, the owner of the marketplace.
• “Customer” refers to any buyer purchasing goods from the marketplace.

2. Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must provide accurate personal or business information during registration.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to tax and consumer protection laws.
• LEDA reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any vendor registration application.

3. Product Listing Guidelines

• Vendors may list only authentic, limited-edition, or custom products that meet LEDA’s quality and originality standards.
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, counterfeit goods, illegal items, and products violating intellectual property laws.
• Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Misleading information is strictly prohibited.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Fulfillment & Shipping: Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders and providing tracking information within the stated timeframes. Late or failed deliveries may lead to penalties.
• Customer Support: Vendors must respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and refund requests.
• Returns & Refunds: Vendors agree to honor LEDA’s return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Compliance: Vendors must ensure their products and operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Commission & Fees

• LEDA charges an agreed percentage] % commission on each sale made through the platform. This amount will be deducted automatically from the transaction.
• Vendors are responsible for any payment processing fees associated with their sales.
• Fees are non-refundable, even in cases of refunds or chargebacks initiated by the customer.

6. Payments

7. Account Suspension or Termination

• Listing prohibited items or engaging in fraudulent activities.

8. Intellectual Property

• Vendors retain ownership of their product designs and intellectual property. However, by listing products on the platform, vendors grant LEDA a non-exclusive license to use product images and descriptions for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• LEDA is a marketplace platform and is not liable for disputes between vendors and customers, including but not limited to product quality, delivery issues, or refunds.
• Vendors are solely responsible for their operations and compliance with applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• LEDA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
